Save or share your configuration. Enter your email on the results screen to keep your itemised quote on file. You can return to adjust quantity, packaging, or rush timing and see the total update immediately.
Enquire when you are ready. There is no obligation. If you have questions about denominations, gift delivery, or extras not listed in the builder (dealer buttons, plaques, table layouts), note them in the enquiry — we will confirm options and pricing before anything is made.
Proofs before production. Your total covers the specification you chose in the quote tool. Manufacturing only starts after you approve digital proofs in writing and complete label sign-off. Post-sign-off lead times are ~10 weeks standard (~1 week manufacturing, ~8 weeks sea to Poker Foundry HQ, QA, courier to you) or ~4 weeks rush (priority air to Poker Foundry HQ instead of sea) — from sign-off, not your first visit to the quote page.
Regional pricing built in. Select your delivery destination in step 2. Shipping is included in the chip line and displayed as free on your summary — the quote reflects your region without a separate freight surprise later.

Custom chips have many variables — material, quantity, artwork, cases, region, rush. We built the quote tool so you can explore those combinations yourself and see an itemised total without waiting on email. You can still speak to us on WhatsApp or email when you want design advice.
The quote reflects your selected chip type, quantity, design route, packaging, destination, and timeline. If you add requirements later that are not in the builder (extra accessories, unusual denominations), we confirm any change before production. Nothing is manufactured until label sign-off.

Full design service is included on current orders when you select that route. Optional premium metal cases and rush freight appear as separate line items when you pick them.
