You do not need print-ready artwork to start. Many customers send a logo, a rough sketch, photos of chips they like, or a few words about the vibe they want ("understated club colours", "loud Vegas energy", "something like our pub crest"). Our designers are used to working from non-visual briefs: they will ask focused questions, propose layouts, and refine through digital proofs until it feels right. Point at anything on our chip inspiration gallery ("similar palette, different logo") or bring references from anywhere — strong briefs are often about taste and intent, not technical files. Design support is included on current orders.

Yes — gift orders are common. We can ship direct to your recipient so the set stays a surprise, and on request we can include a handwritten card with your message inside the package. Place the order in your name, use the quote enquiry to note it is a gift, and tell us the recipient address and any timing preferences. We will confirm packaging and delivery details before production starts.

If you need aluminium cases, wooden display plaques, dealer buttons, table layouts, or other branded accessories, mention it in your enquiry — we can often source and supply them alongside your chip order even when they are not listed in the quote builder yet. Standard production is 8–10 weeks from artwork approval. Rush orders are available in 4–6 weeks where capacity allows. UK delivery is standard; we ship worldwide with tracking. If you have a fixed event date, share it early — we will say honestly whether it is achievable before you commit.

Nothing is manufactured until you approve the digital proof in writing. Proofs show colours, layout, and denominations as they will be produced. Request revisions, ask questions, and only sign off when you are happy. That is the point of the process — especially if your brief started as a rough idea rather than finished artwork.

Yes. Supply print-ready files (vector preferred) or work with our design team from a looser brief. Ceramic uses direct-to-chip printing; clay uses a high-resolution inlay. You can also mix approaches — e.g. your logo file plus our layout suggestions.
